HopGPT

Short Separator

A collaborative effort involving numerous teams across the university and health system helped create HopGPT, a private, secure application for Johns Hopkins to engage with multiple large language models (LLMs).

Launch HopGPT
  • It protects our data while democratizing GenAI access to the broader community
  • Faculty members are using it for their grants and publications
  • Program areas are exploring how it might make their day-to-day work easier
  • Education teams are discussing how this tool will help in the classroom

Our GenAI initiative roadmap includes deep research capabilities, deploying enterprise-based chatbots, leveraging AI application programming interface (API) services through a user interface, and incorporating more specialized LLMs.
